An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and enthusiastic Instrument Installation Specialist to join our expanding Diagnostics Division.
The main aspects of this role include:
Installation and commissioning of Abbott Alinity chemistry and immunoassay instruments in customer sites
Go above and beyond to provide technical support for the installation and commissioning process of instruments on customer sites
Respond to customer needs by partnering with Sales, Marketing and other functional areas while adhering to current compliance guidelines.
Learn from experienced peers and Project Manager who will be coordinating the Installer’s activities
Attend Applications Training course upon commencement
In addition to the above, the relevant experience is required:
Biomedical Science degree or similar – preferred
1 year experience in Pathology lab – preferred
Experience on automated chemistry and/or immunoassay analysers - highly desirable
Experience with assay correlations – highly desirable
Knowledge of basic pathology lab practice
Knowledge of assay QC and calibration
Experience with assay correlations an advantage
